1. How would you describe your daily routine working at our company?
2. What are your hobbies and interests outside of work? And how do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
I enjoy painting and any activity related to visual arts. In my free time, I paint, read a lot of books, and also appreciate sports activities, as well as traveling and spending time with my loved ones.
I maintain a healthy work-life balance by filling my days off with things that are meaningful to me, occasionally enjoying simple relaxation as well.
3. Can you share a funny or interesting incident that has occurred while working in candidate recruitment and evaluation?
4. What would you like to achieve in the future?
I would like to develop myself in the field of personnel selection, getting certified in one of the assessment tests and gaining in-depth knowledge of marketing. It also seems that I would like to pursue further education as well.
5. What is your favourite saying or mantra? Why is it important to you?
One of the motivational quotes that drives me forward and encourages me to keep going is: “You are stronger than you think and capable of more than you imagine.”
We must be able to step outside our comfort zone and overcome countless self-doubts because only then do we realize how truly resilient and capable we are.
