1. How would you describe your daily routine while working at our company?
The daily routine is dynamic, fast-paced, and exciting, as well as full of challenges. Our team is excellent, and we certainly have no shortage of optimism and a healthy drive to successfully resolve any situation. It’s a pleasure to work when you have a team like this!
2. Can you share a funny or interesting incident that has occurred while working in candidate recruitment and evaluation?
I can not mention a specific incident, but in my opinion, recruitment is very exciting because it involves searching for relatively rare and highly diverse specialists and managers in Latvia, such as specific IT or engineering positions.
3. What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? And how do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
In my free time, I go for long walks or bike rides, enjoy gardening, and indulge in the joy of dancing. What gives me the greatest happiness and fulfillment is spending quality time with my loved ones. It’s always possible to find time if you truly have the desire.
4.What would you like to achieve in the future?
In the future, I would gladly acquire new skills and knowledge in the field of candidate evaluation, specializing in one of the assessment tests, as well as exploring the possibilities artificial intelligence offers to improve the recruitment process.
5. What is your favourite saying or mantra? Why is it important to you?
I am fond of Seneca’s idea: ‘Life is like a work of art—its value is determined not by its length but by its depth.’ In my opinion, the most important thing is to learn to live a deep and ‘rich’ life, savouring each day with joy and gratitude.”
