1. How would you describe your daily routine while working at our company?
Everyday life is very diverse. Each client and every project is completely different, requiring constant learning and the development of new skills. We have an excellent team that makes daily office life exciting and enjoyable.
2. Can you share a funny or interesting incident that has occurred while working in candidate recruitment and evaluation?
From time to time, something funny happens during the day, most often related to phone calls.
Two situations come to mind when I called candidates who clearly weren’t expecting my call.
In one instance, a candidate started reciting access passwords, expecting a callback from an IT specialist.
In another case, a candidate answered in an overly flirtatious tone, saying, “Well, hello there…”, which, unfortunately, wasn’t intended for me.
3. What are your hobbies or interests outside of work? And how do you maintain a healthy work-life balance?
I would say my range of interests is quite broad. I sing, and I recently started playing the guitar. I enjoy reading books, and lately, I’ve taken up creating accessories from beads. I also love nature—walks, hikes, and traveling are some of my favorite activities.
I feel like we’ve developed a great culture at work where we don’t even think about work on weekends. During team meetings, we not only share what we’ve accomplished at work but also talk about our weekend experiences. I’m convinced that all of this contributes to a good balance between personal and professional life.
4.What would you like to achieve in the future?
This industry is so broad, and I’m still relatively new to it, so there’s so much I want to accomplish. One of my goals is definitely to pursue a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management. I’m also interested in exploring and learning more about how artificial intelligence can be applied in the daily work of HR professionals and leaders.
5. What is your favourite saying or mantra? Why is it important to you?
The Bible includes a passage that encourages us to put our heart and soul into everything we do, as if doing it for God rather than for people. Why is this important? Because it’s easy to do things just to “check a box” or to make them appear good in the eyes of others. However, true fulfillment and peace come when you dedicate yourself fully to what has been entrusted to you, investing your heart into it, regardless of whether others notice or appreciate it. The result will be entirely different, bringing with it a unique atmosphere that reflects genuine purpose and effort.
